It was still fun, but still really crowded. Burton Lumber was kind enough to provide some free tickets and lunch. The kids were really excited to go. Joaquin a made a vow last year that he would ride Cannibal this year. We worked ourselves up to Cannibal after riding several "less" exciting rides.
We got there around 1 pm because Joaquin had a soccer game that morning. We went straight to lunch and then headed out to some rides. It was also Frightmares so there were some fun Halloween styled stuff around as well. Not only that but there were actors dressed up as various scary people. Ruby was very wary of these people and had a hard time when they came close by.
I was on the Umbrella ride with her when we saw some actors and she started to get scared. The ride stop with us a the top right over the path the actors were on. Ruby was scared at first, but then realized she was way up in the air and the monsters could not get her. There were some pretty freaky actors walking around in some pretty good costumes. I like Frightmares, but a little warmer like last year is way better.
Mom was out of town this weekend. You can tell by Ruby's hair.
Dad and Sam getting some sun at the game.
Joaquin the goalie.
Not sure what is happening here.
USC game.
I will have to show his friends.
Not a very cute cowgirl.
Awesome faces.
Hope this is not a vision of the future.
The Arvidsons
Eve and Laney on the Umbrella ride.
The crew late at night.
"Just reading some books dad."
I do not like this stage.
Staying warm on the deck.
Looks like fun,
